The style says it all – a double dry hopped double NEIPA. A strong, heavily hopped NEIPA with an intense fruity aroma and a velvety body from the combination of yeast, wheat and oats. Mosaic and Amarillo hops bring flavours of apricot, peach and honeydew melon.

Kveik yeast reached us only recently. It comes from Norway, where it was used to brew local farmhouse ale. It ferments fast and at high temperatures of around 39 °C. Talus and Cryo Citra hops give an intense aroma that rounds off the distinctive fruity character of the Kveik yeast.

Traditional Belgian beers are more and more popular with us, and deservedly so. The key role is played by specific yeasts that shape the beer's profile, mainly through phenolic fermentation by-products that give a distinctive aroma of herbs, conifers or cloves. The beer has a pleasant, warming body and goes beautifully with Christmas cookies.
